A folyóirat 2012–2013-as teljes számai mindenki számára ingyenesen letölthetővé váltak a www.hunghist.org honlapon.
Az amerikai JSTOR adatbázis digitalizálta és előfizetői részére elérhetővé tette a The Hungarian Historical Review-t és annak jogelődjét az Acta Historica Academiae Scientiarum Hungaricae című lap 1951 és 1989 közötti számait, amelyek JSTOR előfizetők részére elérhetők a következő címen: http://www.jstor.org/action/showPublication?journalCode=hunghistrevi.
